Police arrested Ershad Hossain alias Mamun (20), a regional commander of JMB in Chittagong city of Chittagong District. Grenade-making materials, a detonator, 200gm gunpowder, 250gm potassium, three crude bombs, electronic cables and Jihadi books were recovered from him.

Two JMB terrorists were killed when a RAB team raided a JMB den in Vogra of Gazipur District. One RAB member was injured in the raid. Explosives, grenades, a pistol, bullets of the pistol, and books on jihad were recovered from the house.
