UPF team headed by Araon Kipgen, will reach New Delhi on July 30 for a meeting with MHA officials. The current SoO with UPF will end by August 22.

Former ZRA militant, currently in KNO/ZRF was killed at his residence by five assailants in Tuibuong in Churachandpur District.

Body of UKRA militant who was allegedly abducted by ZRA was from Sialmat Reserve Forest Area of Lamka in Churachandpur. He was abducted on October 31.

December 11 Veng/Churachandpur

Troops from the Army's Red Shield Division launched a search operation in Veng in Churachandpur District and arrested a ZRA cadre, identified as Jampao Guite. According to the sources the ZRA cadre was arrested from a medical store while demanding money. A motor cycle, mobile, INR 5,090 in cash and incriminating documents having financial details of the extortion activity being carried out by the individual were recovered.
