as “Goswami” in Saibaba’s correspondence with his close confidantes
was once a member of Democratic Students’ Union, a students’ organisation
in JNU. “We arrested Saibaba after procuring a non-bailable warrant
against him. A chargesheet has been filed in the case where he
has been named as an accused,” IGP Ravindra Kadam, anti-Maoist

Beginning their annual “martyrs’
