MCOCA invoked against Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar along with six others in an extortion case

Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) has been invoked against Dawood Ibrahimís brother Iqbal Kaskar and Chhota Shakeel in an extortion case on October 11, reports Mumbai Mirror. MCOCA has been invoked against Mumtaz Shaikh, Israr Sayyad, Pankaj Gangar, Guddu and Shami in an extortion case registered at the Kasarwadavali Police Station in Thane. Because MCOCA has been invoked, Iqbal Kaskar getting released on bail becomes highly unlikely.
