terrorist,
who
had
jumped
off
a
moving
train
in
front
of
the
snoring
cops
on
March
30,
while
being
brought
to
Bhatinda
(Punjab)
for
a
court
hearing,
has
47
criminal
cases,
including
of
murder
and
robbery
pending
against
him.
Most
of
the
criminal
cases
registered
against
him
are
in
Punjab
and
the
rest
in
Haryana
and
Delhi.
