Terrorists should be punished, says Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

Times of India reports Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on April 4 said those unleashing terrorism against India should be punished. He was referring to the United State announcement of a USD10 million bounty for 26/11 (November 26, 2008 Mumbai terror attacks) mastermind Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed.
