were
arrested
on
charge
of
vandalising
billboards
and
tearing
Awami
League
(AL)
posters
in
the
Noakhali
District
town
on
May
13,
reports
The
Daily
Star.
The
arrestees
include
Abdullah-Al-Masud,
secretary
of
ICS
municipal
unit,
and
Fakrul
Islam,
president
of
ICS
Begumganj
sub-District.
Police
said
when
the
procession
was
passing
the
District
AL
office,
some
ICS
cadres
from
the
procession
vandalised
billboards
and
tore
AL posters. |
