from Kutasi village
on the Koel river
in Gumla District
by a Police team
on June 24, reports
The Times of

extremist has been
identified as Gobardhan
Singh alias
Rajendra, a resident
of Kedli village
in Basia, in Gumla.
Meanwhile, Seraikela-Kharsawan Police are co-opting villagers
in the fight against
Communist Party
of India-Maoist
(CPI-Maoist) by handing out traditional arms to rural vigilantes,
reports The Telegraph.
