Separately, the Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) on June 27 clarified that Sairem Amuchou alias Sundar who was arrested in Guwahati (Assam) is not deputy finance secretary of the outfit. He was an overground worker of the outfit under the command of ‘Captain’ Santa Achouba from September 2011 till August 2011.
