killed
a
local
businessman,
identified
as
Mohan
Gautam,
on
August
5,
two
days
after
abducting
him
from
Sitapur
in
the
Saptari
district,
according
to
Nepal
News.
His
dead
body
was
found
near
the
banks
of
Mahauli
River
in
Saptari.
District
commander
of
the
JTMM-J,
Kailash,
has
claimed
responsibility
for
the
