Surrendered Maoist killed by Maoists in Chhattisgarh

A group of armed cadres of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) killed a surrendered cadre, identified as Karu Dugga, near his house at Barda village under Pakhanjore Police Station limits in Kanker District on September 12, reports Business Standard. As per the preliminary information, Dugga, who had surrendered last year, was attacked with sharp-edged weapons by a group of five Maoists who left him dead on the spot, Police said.
