Fakir Mohan Pradhan joined the Institute in September 2008. He is currently documenting Left Wing Extremism (LWE) related activities in India. He is pursuing Ph.D. from the School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, on "Mediation in Conflict Resolution: A Case Study of Aceh Peace Process."
