The security forces said that the target was the National Directorate of Security (NDS) and Government vehicles. Earlier on May 10, two explosions happened in CaharrahiQambar and one explosion was reported in the Hootkhil area, according to officials. No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
