Sources added that the victims, members of the Agha Khan community, were returning after offering prayers and celebrating the 65th birthday of the community's spiritual leader Prince Karim Aga Khan. Media reports quoting official sources added that the community also has some people of Afghan origin and most of them are reported to be supporters of the Northern Alliance and fled to Karachi after the Taliban captured Afghanistan.
