Several militants affiliated with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria Khurasan (ISIS) surrendered to the Afghan Local Police (ALP) forces in Jawzjan province on July 25, reports Khamma press. The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North said a group of 23 ISIS-K militants led by ISIS Commander Mohammad Qasim surrendered to the ALP forces in Darzab district. According to Shaheen Corps, the militants also handed over ten Ak-47 rifles, 17 ammunition magazines, and some other military kits.
