The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) highlighted the high civilian fatalities and termed the country as one of the deadliest for civilian, reports Tolo News on November 27. ICRC said, "Afghanistan is one of the deadliest places in the world to be a civilian and that 50% of the country lives somewhere highly affected by armed conflict."
