On December 6, the residents of central Bamyan, Nangarhar and Kapisa provinces marched on the streets of Kabul blaming the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) for not invalidating the fraudulent votes, reports Khaama News Agency. Current Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah’s electoral team claims that 300,000 fraudulent votes have been counted by the IEC which should have been invalidated and removed from the system.
