The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) militants attacked Security Forces (SFs) check posts with heavy weaponry in Zard Aloo area of Harnai District of Balochistan on July 5, reports The Balochistan Post. However, the official sources have not revealed the details of casualties.
Earlier, BLA militants attacked the coal mine of a government-backed person, setting fire to the mine’s machinery and destroying a vehicle in Zard Aloo, Shahrag and surrounding areas of Harnai District, while detaining two persons present at the mine on July 3, reports The Balochistan Post.
Separately, BLA militants attacked a levies post in Chappar Lat area of Hernai District of Balochistan on July 3, reports The Balochistan Post. Militants confiscated the ammunition. However, no causalities were reported in the attack.
Meanwhile, BLA claimed the responsibility of attacking Frontier Corps, Levies Force and a coal mine. “Baloch Liberation Army fighters targeted Pakistani forces and their supporters in three separate attacks in Harnai,” BLA ‘spokesman’ Jeeyand Baloch said. Jeeyand further said, “BLA fighters stormed a Levies Force post at Chappar Lat in Harnai area and captured the post, the weapons and ammunition were seized, while the Levies personnel abandoned the post.”
