The Minister of State for Women and Child Development Virendra Kumar on July 26 informed the Rajya Sabha (the Upper House of the Indian Parliament) that Cyber Police Stations and Cyber Crime cells has been set up in every state, reports The Times of India. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MoE&IT) has also established Cyber Forensics training labs in the North-Eastern States and cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Bangalore to train the State Police officials and Judiciary members in Cybercrime detection, collection and preservation of the electronic evidences, said Kumar.
