Commenting over the arrested Kashmiri youths from private academic institute in Jalandhar, Punjab’s Chief Minister (CM) (Capt) Amarinder Singh has said that not every Kashmiri student is a terrorist and the Police could not establish any connection between the arrested Kashmiri youth with the locals, reports The Tribune on October 16. The role of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) cannot be ruled out, been active in Punjab and conspiring anti-India activities through students from Kashmir, said (Capt) Singh.
