The International Crimes Tribunal-(ICT-1) on April 24 announced death penalty to two war criminals (belonging to Razakar Bahini), Hedayet Ullah Anju (80) and Sohrab Fakir (88), from Netrakona sub-division after holding them guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity committed during the Liberation War, reports Daily Star. These convict had directly taken part in crimes like confinement, torture, killing and an act of genocide that left seven Hindus dead in the 1971 war.
