A Pakistani intruder was shot at and injured by the Border Security Force (BSF) when he tried to escape on being observed at the International Border (IB) in RS Pura sector in Jammu District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in India on April 13, reports Daily Excelsior. On noticing suspicious movement on the IB, the BSF warned a middle-aged man trying to cross the fence and enter the Indian territory in RS Pura sector, and when the intruder ignored warning, the BSF fired at him in which he sustained minor injuries. Later, the BSF arrested the intruder identified as Shabbir (40), son of Yusuf and handed him over to local Police.
