One person, identified as Hasmukh Jhalavadia (34) along with Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICNs) worth of INR 30,800 from Gariadhar bus station of Bhavnagar District of Gujarat on July 18, reports The Times of India. The Bhavnagar Special Operations Group (SOG) inspector, S N Barot, stated that, “During his interrogation, Jhalavadia said that he used to procure currency notes from one Bhupat Kotadia of Ahmedabad and circulate them in the market. On the day of his arrest, he was trying to circulate the fake notes in the market.”
