A Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadre, identified as - Guddu Ram Kudiyami (23), was arrested by Police from Jimalgatta forest in Gadchiroli District of Maharashtra on February 22, reports The Outlook. Guddu, a resident of Bijapur in neighbouring Chhattisgarh, was a member of the self-styled ‘Mukkaweli Revolutionary People’s Committee (RPC) militia platoon’ of the Maoists since 2017. He was involved in the killings of villagers including an attack on a Police party in the District.
