An imposter of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist), identified as Juvva Suresh (29), was arrested by the Police from a place near Nalgonda bypass road at Kondamallepally village in Nalgonda District of Telangana on May 4, reports Telangana Today. The Superintendent of Police (SP) A.V. Ranganath said Suresh, a native of Kondamallepally village in the District, sent messages and letters to several elected representatives in Devarakonda and Kondamallepally villages in the name of Erra Dalam (armed squad) of CPI-Maoist and demanded money. The Police arrested him from the said place when he was moving suspiciously on a motorcycle. Upon the inquiry, he had confessed to his offences and told that he chose the way to earn easy money to clear his family’s debts. He was also accused of the murder of a person at Devarakonda. Four cases were filed against him under different sections, the SP added.
