A Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) sympathiser, identified as Hitesh Agrawal, was arrested by Police in Rajnandgaon District Chhattisgarh on June 17, reports The Times of India. According to Police, Agrawal was arrested for his alleged links with the Maoists and other members of the urban network. Bastar range Inspector General of Police (IGP) P. Sundarraj said that Agrawal has supplied walkie-talkie sets to the urban network of Maoists in the past two years.
