The Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadres set ablaze seven vehicles including two tractors, two JCB machines, one truck, one lorry and one mixture machine engaged in the construction of a road in Malkangiri District of Odisha on June 7, reports Kalinga TV. According to the report, the Maoists were agitated over the construction of a road near Venkatapuram Mandal (administrative sub-division) in Jayashankar Bhupalpally District of Andhra Pradesh bordering Malkangiri District. Following which they set the vehicles on fire.
