Talks between National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) and Government of India (GoI) is likely to be concluded and settled by October 2019, reports Imphal Free Press. The three-month dead line to conclude talks was decided by the Prime Minister’s Office -PMO in the month of July and has been conveyed to NSCN-IM leadership.
