The Pakistan Army violated Cease Fire Agreement (CFA) and resorted to heavy firing and mortar shelling targeting forward posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in India on November 30, reports Daily Excelsior. A defence spokesperson said, “At about 1510 hours (3.10 pm) today (Monday), Pak army initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms & intense shelling with mortars along LoC in Shahpur sector in district Poonch.”
A Pakistani fighter jet flew very close to the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in India on November 30, reports Daily Excelsior. “The jet flew close to the LoC in Poonch sector in violation of international conventions which does not allow fighter jets to fly within a 10km radius of the border,” a defence spokesperson said. The spokesperson said that a jet stream was clearly visible in the sky close to the LoC in Poonch.
