Six militants including a woman were killed in an operation launched by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) at a compound near Eastern Bypass area of Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, on September 3, reports Radio Pakistan. Four CTD personnel were also injured in the incident. Personnel of CTD and intelligence agencies launched a raid on a terrorist hideout after getting information regarding the presence of the terrorists in the area. An alleged suicide bomber blew himself with a huge blast, according to the CTD spokesman.
