The negotiations between the Government of India’s (GoI) interlocutor R. N. Ravi and a 15-member delegation of Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland–Isak Muivah (NSCN-IM) led by ‘general secretary’ Thuingaleng Muivah remained inconclusive for the third time on October 29, reports The Assam Tribune. Both GoI and NSCN-IM continued to maintain their respective stands, sources said.
Meanwhile, GoI’s interlocutor R. N. Ravi also had a detailed discussion with the representatives of the Naga National Political Groups (NNPG) on October 29, reports The Assam Tribune.
