Two Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadres, identified as Raidhar Dharua of Mathili and Rame Podiami alias Sabita of Tamanpalli village in MV 79, surrendered before Director General of Police (DGP), Abhay, in Malkangiri District of Odisha on July 18 (today), reports Ommcom News. The two surrendered Maoists were members of the Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee (DKSZC) of the banned CPI-Maoist. Raidhar was the ‘secretary’ of Daldali Cell while Sabita had participated in many attacks on Security Forces (SFs) and ambushes as the ‘commander’ of Palachalam Local Organization Squad (LOS).
