On April 23, two Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak Muivah (NSCN-IM) were arrested from near Lower Kollam village and Khonsa town in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports Arunachal Times. The arrestees were identified as Tewang Hangsik and Dongley Lowang. 1,500 Kg of rice which was being siphoned off Public Distribution System (PDS) was recovered from the arrestees, who were diverting it to NSCN-IM militants.
