Two Police personnel were injured in a hand-grenade attack at Mubarak Chowk in the Spiny Road area of Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, in the night of December 6, reports Dawn. Police said unidentified motorcyclists hurled a grenade at a Police mobile at Mubarak Chowk when it was on patrol duty in the area. The device exploded near the Police vehicle. The injured personnel were identified as Mohammad Athar and Shahrukh Khan.
Meanwhile, a bomb planted in a motorcycle was recovered in the front of Deputy Commissioner office in Gwadar (Gwadar District) on December 6, reports Dawn. Security Force personnel detected the bomb and defused it.
