Two Policemen lost their lives and three others have been injured in an explosion in Batikot District of Nangarhar Province on October 9, reports Bakhtar News. The event occurred in Batikot District while a vehicle carrying civilians hit a roadside mine. Ataullah Khogyani, spokesman for Nangarhar Governor, said in the blast two Policemen lost their lives and three others were injured. The officials of the Province blamed Taliban for the incident.
Meanwhile, seven ISIS affiliates including three Pakistani were joined to Afghan Security Forces (SFs) in Jalalabad town of Nangarhar Province on October 9, reports Bakhtar News. A national security source of Nangarhar said that the fighters were handed over their weapons and joined to Afghan SFs in that Province.
