China has made it clear that it would not allow any Indian insurgents to enter its territory in the wake of the action launched against them by Bhutan. "China has always followed the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries and will not allow its territory to be used by anybody for activities against other countries," a Chinese Embassy spokesperson said in New Delhi on December 31. The spokesperson was commenting on reports that the Indian insurgents might move northward from Bhutan and enter the Chinese territory to seek shelter.
