Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland- Khaplang (NSCN-K) led by Khango Konyak on December 6 announced its decision to revoke ‘its’ 2015 pronouncement of unilaterally abrogating the ceasefire agreement with immediate effect, reports Nagaland Post. Khango Konyak and Isak Sumi in a joint statement urged, “Therefore, we expect GoI [Government of India] to respond positively by honouring our decision to revive ceasefire in the interest of peace in Nagaland and Naga people in general”.
