A case has been filed against 42 persons including the General Secretary of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand) for murdering a teacher, reports Khabarhub on February 16. The case was filed at the District Court, Morang against them two months after the murder of a teacher Rajendra Shrestha (54), of Barkhe in Miklajung Rural Municipality-1 in Morang District. Shrestha, a headmaster of the local Saraswoti Primary School, was abducted from his house and taken to a nearby jungle where he was killed by the rebel faction, on December 7.
