One Policeman and a civilian were injured in a grenade attack by militants on a private building opposite to the District Police Line (DPL) gate in Doda Town in Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on July 5, reports The Times of India. Doda District was declared militancy free on June 29, 2020 after SFs killed Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) ‘cmmander’ Masood alias Rahi in an encounter.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) investigation into the June 26-27, 2021 Jammu Air Force station (Jammu District of Jammu and Kashmir) attack has revealed that drones used in carrying out the blast carried approximately 1.5 kilograms of RDX and operated through GPS and were handled manually by their handlers, reports Free Press Journal on July 5.
