Taliban has killed an Afghan scholar, Aziz Ahmad Panjshiri (70), who was in the way to travel from Baghlan to Kunduz Province in the Hematkhil District of Baghlan Province on November 6, reports The Khamma Press. Aziz Ahmad Panjshiri, scholar and lecturer at Kabul University has been killed by the Taliban militants in a highway between Baghlan and Kunduz provinces, Jawid Besharat, the spokesperson for Baghlan Province confirmed. Panjshiri was also a cultural advisor to the Kabul mayor, Ahmad Zaki Sarfaraz.
