On February 13, Security Forces (SFs) arrested two Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militant associates, identified as Showkat Ahmed Digoo and another (name withheld as he is juvenile) along with 25 Chinese grenades, one pistol, two pistol magazines, 230 cartridges of pistol, 10 AK magazines and 300 AK cartridges from Pulwama District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. The accused said he was in contact with jailed Over Ground Worker (OGW) Firdous Ahmed Bhat lodged at District Jail in Rajouri District. He further disclosed that he was working for JeM terrorist outfit and the arms and ammunition was meant for further distribution in order to carry out terror attacks on Police and SFs and disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.
