A writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court on December 29 demanding a court order to bar the newly-appointed Ministers from carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities, reports Republica. Senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi filed a writ petition at the apex court, challenging the decision of Prime Minister Oli to induct new members into his cabinet and reshuffling the responsibilities of several incumbent ministers earlier last week. This is the second writ petition filed against the decision of Prime Minister Oli to induct new faces into the cabinet after dissolving the lower house of the federal parliament.
