Haji Akbar, a prominent local figure connected to Hizb-e-Islami (HeI) along with two others were killed when unidentified assailants opened gunfire during evening prayers (Taraweeh) in Tokali village of Pusht Koh District in Farah Province, on April 4, reports ANI. Such incidents of targeted killing have become a new normal in Afghanistan these days.
