Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) pamphlets were recovered from Jayashankar Bhupalpally District of Telangana on May 1, reports ntnews.com. The Maoist pamphlets are causing a stir, demanding payment of INR 3 per bundle of leaves in Kanukunur, Pegadapalli and Reddipalli villages in the Mahamutharam zone in the district. The pamphlet states that the summer season has come for many years and the tribals and common people have been living by believing in Tunikaku, but so far it has not crossed two rupees per bundle and in some areas, they are paying only INR1.50.
