On June 16, a National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) training camp was neutralised during a joint operation in the forests of Pakke-Kessang District in Arunachal Pradesh, reports The Northeast Today. According to sources, it was suspected that NDFB militants, disguised as ‘timer operators’ were imparting training to the new recruits at the camp with the recovered dummy wooden weapons. Though the militants managed to flee into the forest, Security Forces (SFs) has intensified operation against the insurgent group operating in the area.
