The five-party ruling alliance meeting held at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar on August 5, has formed an 11-member task force comprising Gagan Kumar Thapa, Krishna Prasad Sitaula and Gyanendra Bahadur Karki from the Nepali Congress (NC), Dev Prasad Gurung and Barshaman Pun of the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist Centre (CPN-Maoist Center), Vice President Pramesh Hamal and General Secretary Beduram Bhusal of Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Socialist (CPN-Unified Socialist), Ram Sahaya Yadav, Rakam Chemjong of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), and Anand Sharma and Himlal Puri of the Rastriya Jana Morcha (RJM), for the allocation of seats in the elections to be held on November 20, reports My Republica. The meeting decided in favor of electoral coordination among the ruling parties in the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) and the provincial assemblies. The task force will determine which party will get how many seats in the HoR and the province assembly elections.
