Sher Bahadur Deubaon July 13 took oath of office as the Prime Minister of Nepal, reports The Hindustan Times.President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to Deuba amid a ceremony at the former's official residence, Sheetal Niwas, Kathmandu. Deuba became the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 76 (5) of the Constitution.Deuba will now have to gain the trust of House of Representatives (HoR) within 30 days, as provisioned by the Constitution.
