Suspected cadres of thePeople’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI), a splinter group the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist), set ablaze a JCB excavator and three tippers engaged in sand mining at Hatinghore village under Bano Police limits in Simdega District of Jharkhand on June 6, reports Pragativadi. According to Police, the armed cadres, reached Hatinghore village last night and set ablaze nearly four vehicles including a JCB. However, the driver who was present at the spot managed to escape to the nearby forest. A case has been registered at Bano Police Station, Simdega Superintendent of Police (SP), Sanjiv Kumar said, adds The New Indian Express.
