Lawmakers belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML) obstructed the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on September 27, reports Republica. The lawmakers belonging to the main opposition party picketed the rostrum and protested against the Speaker Agni Sapkota. The CPN-UML lawmakers have been continuously protesting in the federal Parliament against Speaker Sapkota for not taking action against the 14 lawmakers, whom the party had asked to dismiss them from the post of lawmakers. The next meeting of the HoR is scheduled for September 30.
