The Special Forces of the Afghan Intelligence stormed a compound of a ‘commander’ of the Red Unit of Taliban in Helmand province leaving four militants dead, The Khamma Press reports on May 7. The Afghan Intelligence, National Directorate of Security (NDS), in a statement said the raid was conducted on compound of Ataullah, one of the ‘commanders’ of the Red Unit of Taliban in Marjah District. The statement further added that four members of the Taliban group were killed in the raid and six weapons, two hand grenades, a radio communication set, three vehicles, and some propaganda papers were confiscated.
